Can I upgrade/downgrade my RDP/VPS plan?
Unfortunately, we cannot upgrade your current server to a new server, but you can purchase a new server plan and migrate your data to it.

What activities are prohibited on our services?
If we detect that you are engaging in DDoS attacks, network overloading, spoofing, hosting illegal content such as child or animal abuse, or any activities related to terrorism on our servers, your account will be immediately terminated without any prior warning. Additionally, targeting The Netherlands and Belgium is strictly prohibited, and any such activity will result in the immediate termination of your account without any questions asked.

The IP of my VPS/RDP got blacklisted, what now?
It's not a problem! If your VPS/RDP IP gets blacklisted due to your activities, we offer an IP replacement service for just €2.00. Occasionally, your VPS/RDP may be assigned an IP that is already blacklisted, in such cases, feel free to contact us for a free IP replacement.
Do you accept payments made through Cards or PayPal?
We regret to inform you that we do not accept PayPal nor credit/debit cards as payment methods. Feel free to pay using any of the available crypto options. Monero is recommended.
How do I renew my services?
We highly recommend that you regularly check your invoices and make timely payments for your products with us. Our system will suspend your product on the due date (with NO data loss), and you will have 24 hours to make payment before the product gets terminated (with 100% data loss).
Are refunds available for your services?
We have a no-refund policy, unless we are unable to provide you with a new server or compensate for any missing time due to server issues within 24 hours.
